I have been a licensed agent for over 17 years.  I have worked full time in real estate since I have been licensed and have had many wonderful opportunities to serve in various roles in the industry.  I was a licensed agent for 10 years and then a Sales Manager for 5 years -and now back into sales, being a licensed agent with a wonderful crew assisting me!  I have served on various other committees within the state and other local boards and committees including serving as Board President and committee chairs.  What does all of this mean to you?  Experience is the key to being a successful agent in this industry!  I work well, and have great relationships with many other agents- this is a bonus to you as other agents say they enjoy working with me, and are happy to show my listings to their clients!   

 

Okay, honestly, I am not very good at weekly communication!  But in contrast, I am GREAT at returning phone calls!  I am working on a system to get information to my clients in a more regulated format.  I have a great staff that is available to assist with any questions should I not be in a position to answer your call.  You will hear from them as much or possibly even more than you will hear from me.  They are in the office on a more regulated basis, and therefore, most of the communication is done through them.  Feel free to talk with them as they are, in essence, an extension of me!

 

My philosophy for buisness is quite simple.  You and I are partners in the transaction, we work together to reach your goal.  I value your thoughts an opinions, and I am always open for comments and/or suggestions.  Once the transaction is sucessfully closed, I am hopeful your thoughts will be to refer me to everyone that is in need of a Real Estate Agent- if you are comfortable  in referring me, I feel I have done a good job for you!

 

Most all of my business is repeat clients and/or referrals (85-90%)!  This statistic speaks for itself!  My goal is for everyone to be a client for life!  When you think Real Estate- think Sherry Looney!
